Wessley Jackson was born in 1965 in Indiana and currently resides there with his wife of 37 years, Marci, who have five children and three grandchildren. Wess is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, focused on entrepreneurship and management.

Wess has served Hoosiers his entire career in Senior Services and Housing Development including Home Health, Age Restricted Apartment Communities, Assisted Living, and Skilled and Rehabilitation Communities.

Wess has a heart for serving and honoring seniors, meeting the needs of the poor and challenging and encouraging productive citizenship in youth.

Wess’ primary avocation is managing a small ranch with his wife and children, coupling his love for people and animal husbandry in faith-filled relationship building.

Wess, Marci and their children, when in town, sponsor a summer horse camp for Shepherd Community Center Middle School Summer Program teaching basic horsemanship skills, challenging relational connection with animals transferable to their daily lives. Programming is developed to help children overcome fears, find their voice and challenges a work ethic necessary to be a productive and contributing citizen.

Personal interests and hobbies include anything that takes Wess back to his agrarian roots. Land management, cattle management, farming and hunting. Put him on a horse, tractor or put a saw in his hand and he will smile.
