Mark Prifogle, FACHCA, is a seasoned healthcare executive with over two decades of leadership experience, currently serving as Vice President of Operations – Indiana for BHI Senior Living. Previously, Mark was the CEO of GrandView Health Services, where he successfully led the organization for over 20 years, driving growth and enhancing patient care.

In addition to his executive roles, Mark actively contributes to industry leadership as Chairman of the Board for the American College of Health Care Administrators, Secretary of the Board of Trustees at Qsource, and a Steering Committee Member for the Moving Forward Coalition. He is also a co-founder and Secretary Treasurer of Elevate Hospice and Chief Investment Officer at The Prifogle Group, a venture capital firm supporting early-stage healthcare startups.

Mark is currently pursuing an MBA/PhD from the University of Cumbria, Carlisle, United Kingdom. He is a licensed Comprehensive Health Facility Administrator. He has previously held academic positions at Manchester University, Purdue University, and Butler University.
