Wayne Sanner is CEO and President of Silverado, where he leads the organization’s mission to change the way memory care and end-of-life services are delivered. With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in senior living, Wayne is a visionary leader known for building strong teams, strengthening organizational culture, and translating purpose into meaningful results.
A seasoned operator and relationship-centered leader, Wayne has led complex, multi-site healthcare organizations through periods of significant transformation and organizational change. Prior to Silverado, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Prestige Healthcare, leading 80 skilled nursing facilities across multiple states. His career also includes executive leadership roles with Cambridge Healthcare Services, Rockport Healthcare, and SavaSeniorCare, where he led the organization’s highest performing division.
Wayne is passionate about developing people and building strong, purpose-driven cultures. A champion of servant leadership, he is deeply committed to cultivating high-trust teams and helping individuals and organizations discover, grow, transform, and thrive in their life’s purpose and passions.

He is passionate about advancing new possibilities in memory care, developing the next generation of leaders, and ensuring that growth never comes at the expense of the human connection that defines Silverado.
Wayne holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from California Baptist University, a Master’s degree in Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and History. He lives in Orange County, California, with his family and is actively involved in community service, youth sports, and faith-based organizations.
