Jim has over 37 years of experience in the development and management of senior housing and continuing care retirement communities in the U.S. and internationally, including six years in China. He is the co-founder of Momentum Senior Living in the U.S. and Honghui Senior Living in China, with a strong focus on expanding senior living development and operations. 4

He also serves as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Southern California’s Davis School of Gerontology, where he helps build workforce pipelines between students and the senior housing industry.
