Katherine has a background in social work and gerontology, with a master’s degree in palliative and hospice care, and holds both assisted living and nursing home administrator licenses. Her career in long-term care spans roles in activities, community relations, admissions, and social work before advancing into leadership positions. She is currently the Director of Assisted Living at the Healthcare Association of New Jersey, where she represents assisted living and nursing homes on legislative and regulatory issues.
