Keith is a Senior Advisor for Adult Programs at the Commonwealth of Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, with extensive experience in health policy, aging services, and long-term care systems. He is also a faculty member across multiple universities, including the University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, Western Kentucky University, and Bellarmine University, where he teaches health management, policy, and gerontology.
