At Simpson College, the Healthcare Administration program is an undergraduate major/minor offered under the Department of Sport Science & Health Education. It’s designed to prepare students for leadership and management roles in various health‑industry settings. Courses include: Introduction to the American Health System, Managing and Leading Health Services, Healthcare Finance, Healthcare Quality and Efficiency, Aspects of Health Across the Lifespan, Epidemiology and Population Health Management, Health Policy and Reform, Healthcare Ethics, etc. and a required internship.
